The Bonn Regional Court held a riding instructor responsible for assessing the dangers of riding lessons. She gave her pupil a ride in a hall with a training horse. The training horse went through as another rider with stallion used the hall. He asked the teacher for permission beforehand. She allowed it. While the two horses were in the hall the stallion scared the training horse, that scared threw off the pupil. According to the court, the teacher should have taken safety measures.
